Okay you guys! I've been keeping my eyes out for awardy things since the recent discussion, andfandom_of_stars is SO FREAKIN COOL. You have to Check It Out.
This isn't for authors or stories, but for the people who REALLY make fandom tick! Here are the categories:
Best Beta: Want to thank your beta(s) or someone else's for the wonderful job they do? Now is your chance!
Amazing Achievement: For someone who has worked really hard and achieved something great and worthy of recognition.
Fantastic Friend: For someone who's always there for you, a really great friend you want to thank, someone who's helped you through tough times, emotional support, someone who cheers you up when you need it.
UnStoppable: For those wonderfully dedicated people, who never give up.
Not Forgotten: For those whose brilliance doesn't seem to be rewarded enough.
Contribution to Fandom: For those who contribute lots to the fandom, not just fic, vids or icons, but part of themselves and/or their time and effort.
Spirit of Inspiration: Someone inspired you lately? Inspired you with ideas to write, create or maybe they've inspired you with their personality, resilience or determination.
Stellar Supporter: For those who have supported you and given encouragement creativity wise. Maybe for writing fanfiction, creating fan art, graphics or a community.
Marvelous Mod: For mods/maintainers/archivists and other community staff you feel do an amazing job and help to make their community a great one.
